Thelolow.com does not accept returns or exchanges unless for the following reason listed below.
If delivery order is incorrect by staff.
Customer will be granted full refund or exchange and re-imbursement of return shipping fees.
Should an item arrive defective
Please contact: shopthelolow@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery receipt for further return instructions. In order to receive an issued store credit or exchange, the item(s) must be sent back to itsapiece.com within 7 days of receipt shipping date in the original packaging after email correspondence with staff.
Upon successful return of approved defective item(s), store credit and or exchanges will take 1-2 days to process and store credit/ exchange will be issued within 7 to 10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. After item is inspected, customer will receive re-imbursement of shipping fees if item(s) is determined defective by our staff.
